"We were charged for being a little early to check in. We paid for our dog. Breakfast was minimal and the staff hadn’t even turned on the coffee. It was cold so each one had to heat it in microwave. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The location was convenient for I-81 z"

"They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and it was definitely clean in a great price point. We'll stay there again"

"Staff was friendly and fantastic!"

"We had a lovely stay at Candlewood. The staff were kind, friendly, helpful. The site was well maintained. Room was clean and quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice amenities. Nice kitchen with dishware, cookware, etc. Pet friendly for our husky. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with dog and crate. Great central location for Vestal / Broome County."

"This hotel was disgusting. We walked in and walked out . Dirty, shabby and some cockroaches. One towel that was thuin and looked like a floor mat. no toilet paper on the roll . Stay away .This hotel shoudnt even be on the Expedia list of hotels ."

"Hotel was sold to another company and never gave me notice. When called to confirm my reservation on the day of my trip, was told they didn’t know what I was talking about. Left me with no place to stay for the night."

"Staff friendly Room old, clean but outdated- dark and dingy. Carpets dark color and could have used a wet vac cleaning. Bug on ceiling noted. BR clean. 2 towels for 3 guests. Had to ask for additional towels. They were thin and could have been replaced. Really nice tv. Good Wi-Fi. "
