Clean room and well maintained property

The room was clean but obviously worn. Expedia has it listed with breakfast available but there wasn’t any breakfast so that was disappointing. We enjoyed the 2 separate spaces in number 11. We had a contractless checkin which worked fine. It’s a cool place!

Great experience with amenities as indicated by others. Big plus for us was the bed. Thicker foam pad than most Eurobeds. Very good sleeping conditions. Only minor negative was the room was too small for a chair. Perhaps a fold down seat would fit instead of sitting on the laundry box. Housekeeping- spotless

This was our first stop on our 2.5 week European Honeymoon. We spent two nights here and we wanted to stay longer. We wanted to stay longer simply due to the staff. These people are amazing. They remember your names, they remember what you want to drink, they will book tours for you, recommend places to eat and places to go. The room was small but it had all we needed to lay our heads and shower after a few days of touring around Munich and going to Oktoberfest. The Tram is only a block up the street offering convenience to the train station and other parts of the city. It as also only 2 stops away from Oktoberfest. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful our whole stay.

The rooms were clean, the staff polite and courteous, the food was amazing too. Thanks Christian, Marco and the Kenyan Lady - you made my stay great and i will be coming back again because of your great service.

This was an excellent stay in Munich. I traveled with family and it was very comfortable, safe, and well located. It made traveling around super easy and convenient! However, I just wish it included amenities like breakfast, laundry on site, and locker storage. Also, one of the remotes was broken and I couldn’t watch TV. They didn’t send a replacement either, the chat on WhatsApp is AI powered so beware!

I thought laundry machine was available in the rooms but it wasn’t

Very nice hotel - tram picks you up right outside the hotel and takes you straight to the heart of the old city in less than 10 minutes. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The free breakfast included with the room was excellent as well, with the staff making specific coffee orders (latte machiatto) for us

The bed and room was very comfortable and quiet. AC worked great and the small refrigerator even had ice cube trays. We did not know how to park but when we called they gave us great directions. We had asked for parking but they said they did not have our reservation. Fortunately a spot was available (17 euros).
