"Good studio apartment but remember that this is Student Accommodation. Do not book if you have mobility problems. I had not seen that there was no lift and I was in Birmingham for pain treatment for joints. All flats are accessed by stairs only. You also need photo id and bring your own bin bags. Very clise to city centre and good range of shops literally on doorstop."

Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly.
