What made this stay much better than antipated was the friendly staff, open lobby and it being Super Pet Friendly. Our two puppies, Cassidy and Poppins lived it.

Everything was beautiful and clean

My wife and I spent a weekend here. It was sparkling clean, well designed, and staffed with knowledgeable, helpful people. The bed was super. Of particular note was the breakfast. All the quality you expect at a Holiday Inn express. But also the most diligent and nicest breakfast coordinator I've ever met.

Stay met my every expectation for a quiet overnight in an easily accessible site with a clean and well maintained hotel and room.

We were attending a friends oarty and had no idea of the area. The gentleman at the desk, made us hand written directions to the venue. As we left hotel to go, he was waiting for us to share the directions. Very nice.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient out of the way place to stay in West Knoxville.

We stopped at Tru on our way to West Virginia. It was a great hotel. Everything was clean and very kid friendly.
