"Explain to me why I rent an extended stay suite and don't even get a COFFEE MAKER in my room -I have to "request" one by filling out a form? Ridiculous. That is a basic necessity. Never again. The "breakfast" doesn't even have basic half and half - everything is "sweetened". Not asking for a gourmet breakfast - just the basics."

"Not a good place had bedbugs and blood stained sheets under the clean linens"

"Friendly. Clean. Safe. Good locations."

"We really loved this place! The new owners have done a phenomenal job of revamping it & making it feel newer, more upscale, & beautiful. Rooms were smaller but clean & updated. The amenities were great- pool, hot tub, cold plunge tub, sauna, cornhole, putting green, coffee bar, robes, etc. The location in Manitou Springs was very convenient with many restaurants & shops nearby, as well as close proximity to local attractions such as the Garden of the Gods, Manitou cliff dwellings, & Pike's peak....

"Property definitely due for a refurbishing. Paint peeling and marked throughout. 4th floor carpeting soiled. Staff was very pleasant though."

"TV didn’t work. Drugged people sleeping on stairs blocking passage. Bathroom light doesn’t work etc"

"It wasn't clean and breakfast was not good"

"Very close and convenient to all the things we were looking to do. Room was clean and well kept. And staff was even able to help myself and some friends get rooms close to eachother. Highly recommend"
