"When I first got there people were smoking right in front of the door. AC linked water onto the carpet. Room was not clean asked for extra blankets they were more like shower curtain. Breakfasts was horrible will never stay there again."
"The facilities looked really run down out front was a very pretty the room wasn't very well maintained it was very old and outdated bottom of the door was all tore up I mean it just wasn't a really really inviting or comfortable setting I couldn't really use a lot of the amenities that were available because people who actually work a real job and not an office job can't eat breakfast at 6:00 in the morning we have to get up and be out by 6:00 or before 6:00 other than that the room was just...
"It was inexpensive so my expectations shouldn’t have been too high, but the mattress was terribly uncomfortable, floor was a bit dirty, something smeared on the wall, lamp shade with cracks, coffee pot for the coffee maker was missing, bright lights outside the room, parking lot in disrepair, AC and fridge temp could have been better. Definitely affordable."
"Breakfast was disappointing and not what we expected. There were no protein options—only yogurt and fruit—and there was no ice available. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again."
"The staff was friendly, the pool was nice. Hot tub broken, breakfast was fair. My main concern was the lack of cleanliness in my room and the horrible mold smell. I’ve taken several photos of the mold and funk. I took my complaint to the front desk, the gentleman there offered to have housekeeping spray but with Lysol. He wasn’t able to offer me a different room. The walls were dirty, urine splattered near toilet, food splatter above microwave on the wall, dirt on couch cushions, separated...
"The property was very unkept. The biggest dissatisfiers are the hair in the shower and sheets, smell of corn chips as we entered the room, and very hot room for most of the night because the AC unit blows directly into the curtains and traps all of the air from circulating. I would never stay here and highly discourage others from booking. Rates are grossly above what you should be paying for this level of discomfort. We actually checked out the night before we were scheduled to leave. IT'S BAD!"
"Had to deal with broken elevators and a room with a horrible smell and water leak… had to argue to get fair compensation. Manager would not change me out the office to speak with me. The next shift manager was helpful."
