Me quejé a Montse, la responsable, y me dijo que llevan 3 años estafando a la gente y que todas las habitaciones con «camas dobles» son en realidad camas individuales camufladas. Una vergüenza. Están tan bien camufladas que me enteré de que eran dos camas durante la segunda...
"Despite its advertising the hotel does NOT offer free parking it charges €24 for a remote car park (10 mins walk) There is no vehicle access to the hotel, so if you have limited mobility don’t book this hotel. The staff were unhelpful
BTW the hotel is actually called the Aston hotel not Tivoli as advertised which makes locating it a bit more difficult"
"Beautiful area with a lots of options with regards what to do. Really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is ok value for the money but a bit worn out. The mattress was hard. Didn’t really sleep well. But all in all decent value for the price "
