"The breakfast was good but that’s about it the property is not kept; the bed sheets were dirty smelled like clothes that didn’t dry well it was gross; the towels were dirty; there was ants everywhere and crabs inside the room. Also the place is haunted I had 2 scary encounters faucets turning on their own doors slamming and there was no wind I was next to the window when it happened. It was confirmed on the property that it is haunted. No room service, there was no bath soap no shampoo oh and...
"This hotel is great and a great bargain. The staff is super helpful, management is very flexible and accomodating (they worked with us so that we could have breakfast earlier than they open), the views are amazing and the place is very spacious, which is great for families with kids who like to explore and play freely outdoors.
The one constraint worth mentioning is that depending on where your house is located on the property, it can be a 20-25 minute walk on a hill to the town, which can be...
"This hotel has not been open for 4 months according to the local businesses. Still waiting for my refund. I cannot believe Hotels.com even lists this property. They take your reservation money in full up front, but there is no one at the hotel- it is closed for business."
"Hotel does not look as the advertised
There is no parking on site
There is no ocean view
Difficult access
Very dissatisfied with this hotel
Fortunately they re direct me to another hotel that has the most wonderful staff Fermin, he was the only reason we stayed and we enjoyed our stay at their Pacifico hotel"
"It is a breathtaking view from this house to the bay and a short distance from the cristo redentor !
Beautiful luxury property you can cook, grill and more"
"This is a charming small hotel with great value and a fantastic location right in town. While there’s no on-site parking, we had no trouble finding safe street parking nearby. The night attendant, Edwin, was a big plus—he’s always out front during the evening, which made us feel very secure.
Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and reliable hot water. The real highlight, though, was the cleaning crew. Nazareth and Coralia did an outstanding job and...
"Loved our stay here. We actually extended the stay we liked it so much. Clean, safe and excellent location. Industrial fans kept us very comfortable to sleep. The water pressure from the shower was amazing and strong. The location to Playa Remanso Beach is a 1 minute walk. To San Juan Del Sur it is barely a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. Playa Hermosa is not even a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. The staff and owner are very kind. We will definitely stay here again."
