"The whole experience was wonderful. Very clean and very comfortable. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything. There is a kitchenette on each floor and laundry machines on the upper floor. Each room has a mini fridge. (No freezers) The furnishings in the room are well done. The room photos online are legit and reflect how nice it is. There are quiet hours too, so we had a good sleep. "

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "Gleich im Nebengebäude gibt es eine Bar. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es so laut, dass wir bis zwei Uhr morgens nicht schlafen konnten (und das Ende März, wo es draussen noch kalt war. Wie laut muss das im Sommer sein, wenn alle draussen rumstehen!!!). Frühstück war ok. Zustand des Zimmers (102) ist sehr alt, Vorhang verrissen und hing runter, Rolladenband war gerissen, die Badezimmertüre war verbogen und liess sich nicht schliessen etc. Immerhin war es sauber. "Really good hostel, stayed with my family although a little pricey….perhaps because of the euros football match. A little out of town but great views and accessed via tram or bus. These were free which was great but again I guess because of the football. Accommodation was refurbished and modern and breakfast really good. "
