"Spa was out dated with only two jets working. They ran out of towels for the spa and pool midway through the stay. Breakfast is above and beyond for there free breakfast with stay"

"Checkin was smooth. Very friendly and accomodating staff. All rooms have a space to park out front and rooms are all ground floor no climbing stairs like alot of motels. Would recommend this place. The lake and dowtown main area are only a 20 min walk to so great location for a good price. They recently refurbished the rooms too and they are decorated lovely and very clean. "

"Great location and room was large and comfortable. Great shower and hot water. A little aged but OK. The property/yard, at one time, would have been incredibly beautiful but requires maintenance. Pool looked unusable. The water front view is fantastic."

"The plumbing fixtures are antiquated. Hvac mounted in closet and very noisy. Ice is in office, it appears to be a small chest freezer with bagged ice dumped into it and its all frozen together so you need to break it apart with the metal scoop."

Not so good: smell of smoke in no-smoking room, ash tray outside the room door, broken down car with flat in parking area that has been there a while, stain on bedspread, window blinds not working, water in shower took a while to get to just Luke warm, only two pillows. An upgrade to this business’ rooms would offer a lot of potential and higher level clientele and ability to charge higher rates.
