"I found the staff to be dishonest. Shamelessly dishonest and greedy. Once a customer pays, it's paid. Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored. "The staff were very helpful albeit not very fluent in English. Housekeeping service is only available if front counter is inform before 11am. The cleanliness of the towels provided could be improved. The sound proofing of the room could be improved as well. Overall, it is an okay stay. "
