"I had requested a ground floor room when I booked months ago. Yet that request was completely ignored and I had to lug a heavy suitcase up the stairs. Perhaps they should read the booking request more carefully."

"The place is very basic and comfortable. The room was very clean. We weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room which we would have liked. We did all at the desk but it's possible that language differences made our request useless. It's a great base for Normandy sightseeing."
