"Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit firm but that’s just a preference thing. Would’ve given five stars if not for the strong air freshener scent, throughout the hallways. "We checked in late and ended up with a handicap room. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower and floor was dirty and gross. The entire bathroom smelled like a sewer and had a very loud and annoying noise. The breakfast area was dirty and food and coffee were not replaced when empty. The gym had 2 out of 3 treadmills broke and the water dispenser had no water. Other than that, it was okay. Lol!"
