"The staffs was willing to accommodate us and very friendly. However, My husband had encountered a very rood staff on a midnight shift. We bought it to the mangers attention the next day. I did not like seeing dead big bugs looking like giant roaches. I showed housekeeping them 2X and they removed them. Other wise good."
