"This place has great potential. However, it needs attention. There are good things. The brick walls in the rooms are great sound barriers. The food in the grill is great. The bed/mattress and sheets are exceptional. However, there is a gap under to room door that allows all noise in. There’s no elevator so if your room is near the stairs you’ll hear everyone lug their bags up ALL NIGHT LONG. We had no attendant at the free breakfast. There was no juice left, a quarter cup of eggs, no sausages...
