"We checked in around midnight and needed to leave early. All was fine except the water would not turn on in the bath. Had to do a sink bath due to our schedule "

"Check in was nice the desk men were so nice. The room looked great. The stairwell was too dark and dangerous for the vision impaired. The hallways were super hot. There were some shady characters hanging around the hallways and outside. The fridge in our room didn’t work and the temperature knob was broken off. The morning we went to check out no one was available and the continental breakfast wasn’t really available and it was supposed to be ready at 6 am. "

"The room appeared to be clean. The sheet on one bed did not appear to be fresh. The first night was extremely noisy from loud music overhead until about 1:30a.m. The second night the noise came from the room next door until about 9:00p.m. (acceptable). The towels were freshened on the 2nd day, but new cups were not provided (no tea for me) . I would have used one of the old cups except some type of winged bug was crawling in it."

"Enjoyed the cozy suite! Being in Hartwell for the week on business, felt good to come back to a nice cozy room to relax and enjoy. Any questions were promptly answered by the hotel contact. Would highly recommend the Hartwell Suites. "

"Decent, inexpensive option. Room was really clean and looked like they had recently undergone renovations. It was a noisy in the parking lot but by about 10 it died down so we didn’t worry about getting to sleep. They don’t have breakfast even though the website says it does, so that was disappointing, since that was one of the things I was looking for. Overall, a good stay. Good budget option. Staff was nice. "
