"I booked and paid for this hotel before arrival. At check in, I was told my card wasn't working so I would need to pay another sum to check in. I showed the staff my credit card statement with the payment, after which they claimed I had only paid for half of the amount. I paid because I needed the room, but hotels.com refunded me later. Unfortunately, this felt like a scam, but I don't blame the staff for it, it seems like they were told to do this by the managers of the hotel. The room itself...
"Es decente, no tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente durante nuestra estancia. Las fotos de las habitaciones son de hace un tiempo porque ya el lugar se mira un poco desmerecido, pero resuelve. El desayuno, 10/10. Esta como a unos 15 min caminando de la Catedral de León."
"Fabulous placer to stay right on the beach! There’s a swimming pool and lovely grounds with tropical plants and comfy hammocks and lounge furniture. Staff members Gustavo and Justino were pleasant and super helpful when it came to giving us info about local restaurants and local activities. They even set up our shuttle to our next destination. The room was very clean and had AC. AND there were beach cruiser bikes available at no extra cost.
