"Hotel is located in front of the main plaza and is a couple of blocks away from the beach. It has a beautiful infinity pool in the roof. There are many restaurants at a walking distance and the hotel has a good and convenient restaurant on the first floor. WiFi may be weak in the rooms but if you need to download a film just walk down to the lobby. El Cuyo is a relaxing place and definitely this hotel helps to wind down. "

"I loved my stay at the hotel, arrived during the hurricane and every precaution was taken to make my stay even during the floods remarkable. Staff was exceptional and helpful and well just fun and knowledgeable about where to find everything and it's a family run hotel - really would recommend to everyone!! "The room we got at El Encanto was really nice, especially for the price. This is not a luxury room, but it was clean and comfortable and cute. We got what I think is called the Deluxe room--it's two stories (second story is kind of a loft). There were two double beds and two twin beds in our room, with varying degrees of firmness.
