"Booked online when we got to the hotel the office was closed with a note on the door saying to ask for refund the property was under renovation but they gladly took my money and when I contacted the company they acted like they had no idea still waiting for my refund havent herd from the company in a week"

No refund. Cause I prepaid that a joke they should have been glad I prepaid them but I got no refund and the keep my money for 1 night that I wasn’t even there and re rented the room to someone else double pay for them. "Beautiful lakefront property. Comfortable and thoughtful amenities. Peaceful surroundings. We had fun playing ping pong and relaxing in front of a fire making s’mores. It rained when we were there but we could still enjoy the screened in porch. Lovely place don’t hesitate to book."
