"The manager Amanda was AMAZING. The lock wasn't working but she tried hard to fix it and tried to get other to fix it. Any issues she dealt with asap. She even noticed I was in a chair and switched our room to an accessible first floor room. She is a keeper. "

"It wasn't clear to me from Expedia that this was an extended-stay hotel, so they never came in to make the bed or pick up linens. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels since our stay was less than 7 days. I rented two rooms, and one of them had a horrible smell as well as a wet area under the air conditioner. I brought it to the attention of the desk when we checked out. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful."
