"You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. "Credit card machine didn’t work for days, so was asked to make a wire transfer via the owner’s bank (which requires a heavy fine). Tried to pay cash instead and was yelled at by the owner. Hot water never worked, could feel the springs in the mattress, the restaurant had no options and the breakfasts got smaller each day. "Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."
