"I thought the people who worked there were nice and helpful. The room wasn’t very clean and we had to change our room. The next room the sheets and comforter had some dirt on them and they gave us clean sheets and comforter and we made the bed. Our room air conditioner didn’t work right which made our room smell funny and it was like a damp feeling in the room. We didn’t want to change rooms again so we stayed. The price for the stay was good but the place needed to be updated."

"I only had one interaction with staff during check-in, and he was great. The elevator moved like it was going to break, so after using it once we took the stairs to and from our room on the 3rd floor. The stairwell carpets were really dirty, and when we wiped down surfaces in our room with disinfecting wipes, a few were visibly dirty too. There was a horizontal beam in the shower with an open hole on one end, and it was so loose it almost fell out of the wall. The liner was also flaking off next...
