In comparison to other rooms in Brussels a good price Local area did not have much in the way of eating options but the centre of Brussels is only 25 minutes away by metro. If you are looking for a room for a comfortable nights sleep but aren’t too fussed about “full service” hotels a good choice to make."

"The location of the hotel was quite good, however the overall hotel was appealing for the price as well. I paid €200 roughly for two nights in a family, four bed, room and it was very dirty. The carpet was old and stuck together, the beds were uncomfortable and the cheapest looking, a night stand was broken with an old deodorant left behind it. The room was quite big but the space was not used well. The bathroom was cut out of the room like a square and was an actual box. The bath tub, toilet...

"Landing lights constantly flashing = electrical fault. Light above bed missing with wires hanging down in terminal blocks not taped up. Bathroom window rusty and paint missing around window frame. Dust on top of several things in the bathroom. Convenient for station and comfy bed is all I can say that is good about the place. Just like a cheap Belgian hotel in the 80s, but it wasn’t cheap!"

"Really friendly team. It's like having a bedroom, restroom, shower all in one big room. The fridge is useful. There is a bus stop close by that is fairly frequent but it is a trek to Leuven. Plenty of car parking spaces. A car could be helpful. A taxi to Leuvan was €28 (2023). The shower was a cubicle but was really good. "

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."
