"This was our second time at David’s lovely home. My fiancé, dog, and I rented this time for an extended stay while we figured out where in Washington we wanted to settle down (we just moved from CA). He accommodated our requests, was communicative and helpful throughout the stay, and it was so nice having a “home” to feel comfortable in as we were in between places. I highly recommend David’s Sammamish home for visits short and long!"

"Our extended family stayed here for my niece’s college graduation. We enjoyed the large yard and the beautiful park next door, even got to watch owls, rabbits, many types of birds. The trees blooming in the yard were beautiful! The house was well stocked for cooking our meals in and enjoying coffee. The house was large enough that the eight of us didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Communication was easy and open with our host. We felt safe in this location...
