"This is a very comfortable home with everything you would need. The view from the rooftop patio at sunrise is worth waking up for, although sunrise on the beach is worth waking up ten minutes sooner! The private pool is so nice, and the outdoor shower after walking the beach is such a nice amenity. Inside, the two bedrooms with bathrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and kitchen area, which is perfect when sharing the home with an adult son. We loved that we could walk one direction...

"We have stayed for the fourth time at Las Quintas and the second time at Ana’s place. We love it. Spacious condo with all amenities you need, comfortable beds. We especially enjoy the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler). To keep in mind is that you have to drive to swimmable beaches as the beach in walking distance is only for walks. "The host never contacted us and we were almost left stranded that night. Luckily we got a room at a hotel nearby and then another Vrbo for the rest of our trip but now we have to deal with the ordeal of refunds. Absolutely ridiculous that Vrbo didn't catch this sooner and they took our money. "

"A really nice house to base a family trip , lots of room for a small child to wander around. Very quiet and well equipped kitchen. Nice Mexican decor. Appreciated secure yard so stray dogs couldn't get in. Good communication with property manager. Need a car or transport as just a touch too far to walk with a small child but good restaurant close by. Thanks ! "
