"What i liked was breakfast- continental style. Dislike difficult to get to rooms, had to go to backif building and door for key card was broke...so others not key holders allowed. The property right next to a buss stop. Beds seem comfy, snall social area in room. The property boasts about this libray they have but only for looks, the area is very dimly lit to show off the wood worling skills. "

"We were there for a baseball game. We had plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. The floor we stayed on had the pool, fitness center and laundry. Made everything very convenient. "

"I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the staff of this property. Specifically the Manager and the shuttle drivers. They made my trip one unforgettable experience and that is all positively speaking. I enjoyed the conversations and the speed of the shuttles to and from the airport. However, the only downside of this experience was the air conditioner. We had issues with it remaining on and steadily working. But the manager went out of his way to put me in another room with a working air...

"Rooms are clean but for non smoking, rooms and hallways smells a lot like weed. My room had plumbing issues, shower water wouldn't drain and toilet will keep running after flushing."

"Not enough parking. Customers from Crowne hotel across the street avoid paying their parking fee by parking free in this hotel's lot. Additional parking is 2 properties away."

"The staff, especially Kitty, were incredibly kind and helpful. Very clean room with a nice pool, gym and (actually good)complimentary breakfast. This hotel is located close to airport with a great shuttle to and from the hotel. I was nervous about the negative reviews, but im assured that those people were just complainers who look for any outlet to "watch the world burn". Great stay. Highly recommended! "

"It was a great stay. The hotel, staff and entire area was very clean and the staff very helpful. There was only one minor thing missing , we stayed for two nights and there was no sugar for our breakfast coffee either day! This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again."
