"Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur."

"The hotel itself is in an extension of the city and far away from any option to dine out. You are bound to the extremely limited menu offered in house. Not everything on the menu is something I would ever order and this reduces the options even more. In a one hour walking distance is no other restaurant. The beach is about 80 stairs down the property and very steep. The Black Sea is extremely dirty. This is not a proper beach-front property. I did wear a white SPEEDO T-shirt with UV protection...

"I booked through Expedia, received confirmation number. Went to the hotel for check in only to find out by the receptionist that they don't work with Expedia and my reservation is a ghost reservation. In order to process my refund, the Expedia team has been trying to reach the hotel for 3 days already with no success. Apparently they don't even pick up their phone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this nonsense hotel."
