"The room was very good size, but the thing was the toilet was very small one and the toilet door was broken. You can’t lock the door. AC was working but it was at set temperature. You can’t change the temperature at all, remote was not working at all. And there were too many mosquitoes it was very very bad. I couldn’t sleep all night. The location was okay. Staff was okay. We just messaged him on WhatsApp and he sent ladies to clean the room."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The accommodation was clean and the host was responsive whenever we needed to get in touch. There were a couple of minor things that could have been improved, such as the check-in process and the bathroom setup, as the shower is quite close to the toilet and the floor can get quite wet afterwards. Ermes Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the promenade. As it’s in a local area, it can be quite loud and bustling outside, but it never bothered us because with the balcony door closed, you couldn’t hear a thing. We stayed in a Deluxe room and the jacuzzi bath was such a unique and fun touch. The air con in the room was fab and the shower was powerful and hot. My only suggestion is that the hotel could provide extra blankets or a duvet for the bed, as sometimes the sheet didn’t feel cosy enough! All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose Ermes Luxury Hotel again."
