"The place is absolutely lovely and the apartments are large and modern. The most important part is that even though it is a self catering facility, the management team responds quickly, efficiently and kindly for any issue. We would definitely book here again when we return to Paisley. "

"The property was convenient for us, and the bedding was clean. Other than that the place was very diminished. Decor, furnishings, and bed were all very tired. The place looked very shabby. The kitchen units were broken. There were poorly fitting windows with gaps to the outside. Carpets and flooring were stained. It is a shame as the property could be magnificent with lots of original features."

"The staff were excellent working in a worn out poorly maintained building. No replacement bulbs for the bed area. Had to function in the dark with only the bathroom light and the entry light working. The pavement area at the entrance is poorly maintained and dangerous for walking customers "
