"I was asked to stay in Cozy tunately homestay, not far from my original property. This property is acceptable. Unfortunately I got a cold there. Location is one important factor when I decide where to stay.It is not a good practice to allocate clients to another property."

The lady said we would have to pay extra 120,000 dong for a different, bigger room for 4 nights, plus we must pay extra 30,000d for cleaning fees. We showed our booking confirmation through Expedia which didn't mention...
