"I loved the breakfast"

"Bathroom was dirty. Sheets were in rough shape. Front desk staff either too lean or just not paying attention to people coming in. Breakfast area was not kept clean. No plates. Thought it was a coffee carafe with water by the instant oatmeal. Turned out to be cold water. Not marked. Parking was ample. No printed guide for tv channels. Tv remote was barely held together for one of our rooms-broke. Towels were dingy (not white) and sand paper like. Bathtub had the finish worn off inside...

"The beds are so uncomfortable. No elevator. Food was disgusting."

"Parking was easy, we had a late check-in and i believe the power had cutout from a storm. But the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and kept a great attitude. Very thankful for nice rooms and comfy beds. "

"Just waffle machine and dry cereal looking for protein your out of luck, small dining area made even smaller due to construction material being stored. Why have a flagpole in front of your business if you won't fly the American flag. The rooms were clean. As for the staff, must be over worked no smiling face saying welcome nor thank you for your stay, just called housekeeping to check my room before returning my $100 deposit. Not again for this retired veteran."

"We had a great stay at the Comfort Suites in Wooster. Our room was spacious for a hotel room, and was clean upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great with hot options like fresh biscuits n gravy, sausage, potatoes, cinnamon rolls etc. Only minutes away from town. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Wooster in the future! :) "

"The room was clean but not inviting. The bed made a lot of noise like squeaky sounds, when I sat on the edge (and I’m not fat). Front desk staff was not friendly or very professional. Very casually dressed and there was a dog behind the counter. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs were chunky and the sausage was very pale, white, almost looked uncooked, hash browns were soggy, coffee was weak. The parking lot had a lot of potholes and just looked neglected. "Ants were in my room they soaied and "cleaned" it up. Only to wake up with ants in my bed. I travel every weekend and stay at other hamptons and most r ok. But this one was discussting. I need to reach out to Expedia caus that was atrocious. "

"To greet us, there was a significant puddle of stale water in the elevator (ironically no water in the pool). First room had wrappers on the floor, food splattered all over the microwave area, and a tub full of water. The second room had clean beds but still had debris on the bathroom and living area floors, a cabinet door that needs tightening (which I showed the clerk before we took the second room), light bulb missing (staff asked if we really needed the bulb and came to the room to verify...
