"Shampoo and soap are charged for. I’ve never heard of that so we went to Dollar tree and got some. We got a handicap room that was not a handicap room. The tub sides were high and there was no seat. There was an extra grab bar. There is no coffee. How can one get up in the morning without coffee? The property is pretty and clean, but the lack of amenities is ridiculous. I will never stay there again and I suggest you think twice about doing the same."

"I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The reception was great & I was treated like royalty from beginning to the end of my stay & the manager Kaitlyn was the best ! This was the first time I stayed at a Tru, by Hilton property & I found it to be the best in its class and I will be looking to stay with Tru wherever future travels take me, as it surpassed all other hotels on all levels & areas🙌"
