"Staff members were pleasant, professional, and helpful. We arrived early but were able to check-in early without an additional charge. Room was small, but listed as petite so that was expected. It was certainly adequate and toiletry items were of a nice quality. Coffee was provided in the lobby for free from 6am to 2pm, if I remember correctly. "I've stayed here before so I knew the Moore hotel is great for location and service. Its an easy walk ftom Westlake station and Pike Market (depending if you're going downhill or uphill!!). My room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Reception staff were friendly. Its an older hotel but is maintained. My only gripe was my surrounding neighbours with loud tv until 1am but its not the hotel's fault they have inconsiderate visitors! I'd return here for a third visit"

"Nice, clean very older hotel. But price for the conditions. No air conditioning. So if you visit in the summer, be prepared to sweat it out. Spring, winter, fall is a good time to visit. Great if you need to stay at the hospital. Access to Virginia Mason. There is no parking, so that’s a challenge for everyone in the city. you’ll definitely need to Uber to any place of significance in Seattle. However, Uber is about $10-$15 to any place in Seattle."

"Great location, you can walk to Seattle Center easily (Space Needle, Glass Museum, MoPop) are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was great and they offered different options each day. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. A grocery store-QFC is 1 block away and there are a few restaurants within 1-2 blocks. I would definitely stay here again."

"Due to city construction, the street is barricaded with cement barriers which creates no accessibility. One staff member told us the hotel was to close on May 21,2017 for further renovations."
