Not a friendly team, I missed a night of not using the property due to a hiccup with check in process and nothing reasonable was done about it."

You have to get out the car to enter a code for the gate to open. The garage door code did not work so we had to go into the front door through the garage to open the garage door and leave out the same way. It was a hassle and unsafe to get out at the gate to enter the code."

"The owners communicated very clear instructions, made their selves available which was not needed. this is a very nice, clean place to stay with the most amazing rooftop patio which we took advantage of almost every night. it is in close proximity of the George R. Brown convention center and we were able to Uber to in less than 15 minutes."

"Everything was perfect 👌"
