"The only good thing about this Hotel is the breakfast"

"Everything was perfect, quiet location, very nice room, comfortable bed, perfect pressure in the shower"

"Room is not clean properly. Floor carpets have bad smell and vacuum properly. I took my children there from Canada mainly because of their indoor water park but they did construction in the day time while they could easily do it at night or early morning. My children could use it only one day out of 4 days stay.Cost of suite doesn’t make sense compared with the condition, accommodation and facilities. Heating system is not upgraded, too much noise."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed several times and will look forward to doing so again should I need to travel that way. Good rates."

"Breakfast was good!"

"The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The suite is large but has no table if you wanted to eat in. No breakfast but we like to sleep in so just picked up muffins and some fruit. Coffee and tea available all day. The swimming pool and hot tub were used and looked clean but we never used them. Hotel amenities doesn’t state that there is a small safe and hair dryer in the room. The place is old and rundown but the laundry was clean and I just needed a place to sleep. I was at the far end and people were making too much noise coming and going, including at 2:30 am. It almost sounded like a dryer door getting opened and slammed shut but that might have been the exit door."

"Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was...

"The afternoon staff were very unprofessional in handling our room accommodations. Splitting payments up between guests was difficult and they over charged us. Corporate got a call and we are currently establishing a case."
