"This was a stop on our way home from the Grand Canyon. My elderly parents weren't impressed but wasn't upset. Me..i liked that they sell spirits. My parents went to get dinner and left with my beer. Now, i had to hunt down the lady working to sell me a beer..but that was easier than walking to the store to buy beer. Its a place to sleep and shower. It has a bar with food which I found odd. "The refrigerator was not working. The bathroom vent was not working, The microwave had burn makes all over on the inside. Lighting in the room was poor. TV, would not turn on with remote, when turn on manually it had no signal, had to manually set the input button to get a signal every time the TV was turned on."

"Wonderful BW Plus in Kingman. Dianna at reception was warm & welcoming. This hotel has a beautiful open lobby with adjoining, dedicated professional space as well as a connecting breakfast area. The full breakfast selection included cold continental & a variety of hot, home style options. The pool and hot tub had secured guest entry. Both were well maintained & clean. Our ground floor room was meticulously prepared with better quality linens & pillows. Recommend!! "

"Our first time here. We had a very pleasant experience, had a king bed which was comfy. Everything was very clean and they offer breakfast in the morning with hot food. It's set up to help yourself. All the staff were very polite and professional. "

"Great owners and very nostalgic old hotel. Dont expect the Hilton, you are staying in an old west town. Had some issues that the owners resolved promptly. close to Grand canyon skywalk area. Again, a very rustic 1800s hotel. Restaurant has really good breakfast. We typically stay there in November , less heat which we like. "
