"I booked this place but it was a scam although the place exists. After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival.
I phoned the number left on the website for this property countless of times but it was not connecting. So in the middle of the night my family and I had to look for another place to stay. We never entered the the building.
I went to the...
"The best Guest House i have stayed...I called it Home from Home because I enjoyed my stay and never lacked anything.
Thanks to the staff for their utmost hospitality.

"Don’t take the chance to book this place. Received a confirmation booking…arrived at 5:53 and the gate would not let us in because we did not have an apartment number given to us. The confirmation printed out/receipt was not good enough. Called the front desk and the receptionist said there was no booking under my name. Since we were from out of country and had no where to go stayed in the parking lot trying to talk to someone or find out who we rented the apartment to. The people at the gate...
"1. Poor coordination. The hotel staff said we did not have our reservation at check-in even after showing the staff a copy of our booking confirmation and payment receipt from Hotels.com. It took a while for the staff to confirm our reservation from management.
2. False advertisement. We booked a luxury double room with a balcony. The hotel does not have any room with its own balcony. This is false advertising about availability of room with a balcony. The staff wanted to redirect us to a...
"During my stay, no room service was available. No tissue, trash wasn’t picked up for about a week, drainage was horrible to the extent that when showering, you have to stand in the soapy water. The bathroom was raised high which is not good handicap people and children. AC was not working properly. "
"I loved it here, the employees were awesome. My luggage was delayed almost a week and the employees did the best they could to make sure my stay was great, they did over and beyond their job. Room was clean. My one complaint is there is no wifi, but a portable wifi was given to me but then it stopped working. If you don't care for wifi I'd definitely recommend this place."
"They are rude and disrespectful. It’s the worst experience I ever had. I couldn’t stay . They didn’t honor the one night police that clearly states they allowed to keep one night. If you cancel or decide not to stay. They place looks like a run down old there house that. The electric was faulty. And the place was full mold were they paint over the mold. It had mold in the wardrobe. It was fitt for the dogs on the next property that barked all night. The power was and the generator didn’t work...
