"The property looks great but it’s old and it shows. My room was well appointed and very clean. I had to deal with a toilet issue that the staff couldn’t fix although they tried several times. I also had a leaky sink. They eventually changed my room the next day. That was frustrating.
Breakfast at the hotel was very good.
In my experience, if you are an English only speaker, some of the front desk staff and front hotel staff do not speak good English nor do they communicate well. ...

Don't rely on GoogleMaps directions in Fes. It may put you on wrong streets to get here or to some of the other attractions in the area. This is definitely NOT a reason to stay some place else, once you get there you will be glad you took the extra time."
"We enjoyed our stay! It was easy to locate Palais Fes Yahya as they have several flashes on the medina walls directing you once you are in the general area. All of the staff were super helpful with any questions we had - whether it was a helping us with laundry, how to book an early morning taxi to the bus station or recommendations for a restaurant or a Hammam. "A charming and well run Riad on the outskirts of the Medina. The room was comfortable with incredible views.
