"The elevator was out of order, the staff called the day before our visit to let us know. I really appreciated them letting us know. It didn’t affect our stay, we didn’t mind walking up stairs to the 2nd floor. The ice machine was also out of order on our floor, a little inconvenient, but I still enjoyed my stay."
