"A simple, well maintained 'old school' property. Good sized room and comfy bed. Easy parking.
Very convenient to local shops/restaurants and a short stroll to a lovely riverside pathway.
Recommended !!"
"It was a nice little hut that served its purpose for an overnight stay on our way down to Sydney. It was clean and basic but comfortable. We arrived after office hours so ddnt meet any staff but key and instructions were clearly communicated.
Only critic is the kids pool, which needed cleaning as there were debri floating in it and at the bottom and ddnt look suitable for use but the bigger pool was clean enough."
"The retro caravan that I stayed in was perfect for me. It was clean, well appointed, and quiet. I only stayed overnight but would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
"Clean rooms with nice bathroom. Shower was very nice with very good pressure. Had room upstairs that had no view of the river which was disappointing and the bed moved every time I turned. Otherwise was a pleasant stay."
"While not close to supermarkets and beach was a very easy drive and had a take away store around the corner. The boardwalk along the river was good for walking the dogs."
"Room was very clean. No complaints as our stay was only overnight. Manager very kindly swapped our upstairs room for a ground floor as we are elderly and couldn’t carry our bags up those stairs. There were no issues."
"The caravan park is in a gorgeous position with unbeatable scenic views over the water and mountains and is tranquil and well run. The very old cottage we hired is adequate but showing its age quite badly. and could do with a refresh. Although it comes with kitchen provisions eg plates saucepans etc they are fairly sparse particularly since the cottage sleeps up to 7. Fridge is large however and quite new. The fully enclosed little area at back is a bonus if you have a dog. Tv works well,...
"Not sure in this day and age that to have a cabin with no air con is acceptable, also the window would not stay up in the kids room to allow for air flow not very good"
