"We lost our little one’s jacket worth way more than the booking cost - it got burnt while taking picture near the fire glass but more than one foot away. I can’t imagine what would have happened had the kid gone close to the fire glass. Raised it to staff for no barriers or warnings there and they didn’t do nothing, let alone compensating us for our loss. Poor attitude and poor take on issues. Other than this issue stay was okay. Swimming pool was the best part of the hotel."

Four main issues No plug available for the bathroom sink, No readily available power points in the vicinity of the bench for use of water jug, toaster, etc; power points in corners of room at floor level not convenient locations? No literature regarding nearby eating places for breakfast or dinner [neither provided by the motel] Upon enquiry about dining, receptionist referred me across the highway to Hungry Jacks!!!"
