"They don’t even provide basics, no water in the bathroom, no WiFi and booked with AC yet they provided non AC, when asked for water for bathroom their reply was so lethargic “it will take 2-3 hrs, that too in the morning around 9AM. Like which hotel does that. They are not fit to run hotel."

"Bad hygiene, Illtreat staff, Very bad outdoors, Dirty rooms bed sheets & pillows, broker taps, Dirty washroom, No lock in washroom, very small rooms, AC not working.
Waited for good 20 minutes to check in, even though advance payment was done through expedia.
Staff absent for long time & Unaware even at check out whether payment is done or not."
