"Rooms were clean and helpful staff. Property is new and well maintained."

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were completely different from what was advertised on the website. There was no AC, no windows, and the fan was very old and barely provided any airflow, making the room extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, even though my checkout time was 10:00 AM, the staff started calling me at 9:00 AM asking me to vacate the room. This was highly...

"Bad hygiene, Illtreat staff, Very bad outdoors, Dirty rooms bed sheets & pillows, broker taps, Dirty washroom, No lock in washroom, very small rooms, AC not working. Waited for good 20 minutes to check in, even though advance payment was done through expedia. Staff absent for long time & Unaware even at check out whether payment is done or not."

"Bathroom was messy to use. Water flows everywhere after single bathe"

"The rooms are ok, but we had to ask for blankets and pillow covers, which were not changed. We have to climb 20+ steps, and this is not the right place for older people whith knee issues. "The place was not available at location, they are scamming people, ban them ! "

Even autorickshaw could not reach the main entrance of the property let alone cars. The property hardly has 8-9 rooms. I was provided a hundred square feet room on the second floor with faulty AC and smelling bathroom in the name of a Deluxe Room. The property doesn't have any lift or restaurant. What is more concerning is that the property is not known to localities as well as...
