"We check in , there was no remote for TV went to desk , three times to get one, Then needed extra pillow , we left for concert told teh desk again that we needed the pillow and tv remote, came back mignight no remote or pillow, The refrigerator had melted ice cream , we cleaned up , the mini frig freezer was frosted upo bad and wasnt working, Overall, i would have chosen a differnet motel next time"

"Good location if you want to be in downtown. Only about a 20 minute drive from Niagara falls and a two-hour drive from Toronto."

"It was first off respectful when staff had any form if interaction with you. It was clean and had nice towels and clean sheets and pillows. It had a fridge toaster oven microwave coffee maker and great choice of coffee both in room and at the office. Great place and people here."

"We loved our brief stay after being in a car 3 days traveling the bed was so comfortable. We liked the refrigerator to put things in from our cooler. The shower was great! And the hot breakfast was wonderful!"

"Did not realize that housekeeping was only done on request. Had a refrigerator that was noisy and the management replaced it promptly. No safe in room. Staff is friendly."

"Amazing staff. We had to stay because of a family member in the hospital nearby. They were extremely patient and helpful as our circumstances kept changing. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Nice breakfast spread as well."
