"The whole hotel is very tired and not very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. A shame that the cafe was in disrepair as it would have been great to start our day with breakfast. On the other hand, there was plenty of secure indoor storage for our bicycles in the cafe.
Rain shower and hand held wand in bathroom was excellent. Room temperature was perfect with heated floors. Bed fairly comfortable, sheets and towels very clean. Overall a great stop on the cycling route."
"My friends and I rented 3 rooms. All smelled like smoke, even though they were non-smoking. One friend couldnt sleep because of the construction late at night. The other friend had to move rooms bc her window wouldnt close all the way. My room had massive shower leaks bc the rubber was missing from bottom of glass door.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The water bottles, snacks, and coffee were nice touches, too."
"The Hill House was nice, clean and comfortable. I arrived by bike as I was doing the cross Korea bike route and the staff let me lock up my bike outside right next to the front desk. I felt safe about this spot. I ate at the hotel restaurant and it was pretty good. The staff was super friendly. The room was comfortable but nothing too fancy."
"English was not something known and that’s totally fine if we had gotten phones out at least to chat about why I’m getting charged for a second person (I think that’s why) when I got two rooms. Two rooms is two people on average so that was a little frustrating but overall clean and good location for what we needed."
"This was easily our family’s favorite hotel during our time in South Korea. We’ve actually stayed here before, and choosing to come back again says a lot about how much our family enjoys this hotel.
Traveling with two young kids can sometimes be stressful, but every time we stay here, we feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location makes it convenient for our family to get around and explore.
After long days out enjoying Korea,...
