"The hotel was not clean. Our room was ok but the staff wanted to clean our room more often than we preferred, then they didn't always take the towels off the floor or vacuum. The pool was not warm and it wasn't clean. There were several small areas in the hotel that needed repair or just patch up. Our bathtub faucet ran, fine stream, constantly with hot water so noisy and bathroom was humid always. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. Staff was good, esp John at front desk. We didn't use...

"The property was in major need of an update. It was awful. Dirty, falling apart. Rooms was filthy, hair in shower, hairdryer caked in dirt with hair stuck to it. The floors were filthy as well. Beds were so uncomfortable …hard as a rock. Pillows were awful. Bathroom sink was so short …made for a child. It was a terrible experience."

"Good price for a good nights sleep"

We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name."

Unfortunately, we were unable to get a refund, so we had to stay.I have traveled a lot professionally and this is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so I will upload a few. The desk people were rude and rarely even present. The maid didn't clean our room for 4 nights. We rarely saw a maid in the hotel !! This hotel is not an...
