"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. Zimmernummer war sehr kurz auf dem Bildschirm sichtbar, ist aber auch auf dem Beleg vorhanden, der nach dem Self Check-In per E-mail gesendet wurde. Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Nachttische neben dem Bett wären geeignet. Kommunikation mit dem Team per E-Mail sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalte."

"Positiv: sehr sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, zentrale ruhige Lage, Parkplätze am Haus, vielseitiges Frühstück (für eine Jugendherberge). Negativ: Die schlechte Belüftung im Haus! Im Schlafsaal mit 14 Betten gibt es keine Fenster, nur verschlossene Oberlichter und einen Decken-Ventilator: stickige heiße Luft im Raum. Auch in den Sanitärräumen und im Speisesaal gab es zu wenig natürliche Belüftung. Schade!"
