"The property is certainly dated. Also, lots of construction in the area which lead to it being not as clean as I'm sure they try. Ice machines were not convenient, in fact only one in the whole place and it was on the first floor. The breakfast was not really appropriate for us older folks as there was only sugary cereal or biscuit and gravy. It was very inconvenient washing hands as the only soap was attached to the shower wall and no where near the sink. On the plus side, the bed was...

11. كواليتي إن فينسينس

Vincennes

"The air conditioning worked great & the beds were comfortable. Everything else needs a lot of improvement. Hair on the shampoo; visible debris on the floors; greasy, black smudges all over the bathroom walls; the towel rack barely attached to the wall. The smell of onions along with several pairs of work boots in the hallways was enough to make me call other hotels in the area. The lobby & hallways are dark & dreary. I thought the website said newly renovated. Guess that meant new towels."

"When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!"
