"I stayed in a Double Queen room in the Tillyer House on a trip from ME to NJ, five days after back surgery. When I called for a room suggestion, Sean told me about Tillyer House. It was ground level, with handicapped parking close to my room. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the towels were plentiful and plush. The handicap shower with padded bench seat was fantastic. Everything was really clean and convenient. The room was also very quiet, with super AC. I wasn't feeling well,...

"The room was simple and clean. Mattress was good. There was no bedside lamp or bedside plug for my phone. There was no pool even though it's advertised. There was no continental breakfast or coffee service as of 7am. "

"It was average with a couple downsides. The door handle mechanism was previously damaged somehow so the handle rested at a 45 degree angle and was very floppy so it required precise jiggling and timing to open with the keycard. The air conditioner was only capable of blowing out room temperature air when set to cool/60. Thankfully it was cooler outside so we just opened the window and then found the screen had been cut out for some reason. Those were the only major issues we had with the room....

It was a 4 hour drive to find out there was no pool open. I will like to know who will pay me what I pay to go to other places where there was a pool"
