"The staff were nice enough but did not like a sports team staying there, we were not welcomed in the lobby. They said they had quiet hours and we respect that but they kicked us out. We had a group of 11/12 year old girls doing arts and crafts. Bed was rock hard and almost impossible to sleep on. The pillows were the size of a throw pillow, and the rooms had a smell. I wouldn’t give my dog a bath in that bath/shower. It was stained, didn’t have a drain, and the faucet leaked the entire night....

"After we checked in @ the front desk we went to our room & immediately noticed the TV was programmed in Spanish & the closed captioning was not working at all. We both speak English & my wife is deaf so the close captioning is a NECESSITY for her & not a luxury. I went to front desk asap & had another one of the employees come to fix this problem. He couldn’t get the remote control to properly program the TV so he went downstairs to the get a new remote control. He came up to the room with a new...
