"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. "Our stay at The Gale House was perfect from beginning to end. The house was so clean upon arrival and everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked (including coffee) and plenty of room to spread out. We were in town for a wedding so it was so nice to have a place to relax.
